Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased from balance.ink ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service you agree to the terms below.

1. 7-day cooling-off period

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that no consulting session has been delivered and no written deliverable (strategy plan, document review, petition draft) has been shared with you.

2. After work has begun

Once a session has taken place or a written deliverable has been shared, the corresponding portion of the fee is non-refundable. Remaining unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus a 15% administrative fee.

3. Cancellation by us

If we determine that we cannot ethically or realistically take on your case (for example: visa pathway not viable, conflict of interest), we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

4. Government outcomes

Visa, immigration and entity-formation outcomes are decisions of government authorities. We do not refund fees based on the outcome of a government decision, since our service is the strategy and preparation work, not the decision itself.

5. How to request a refund

Email service@balance.ink with your order details and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We always prefer to resolve disputes directly and amicably.
