These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of balance.ink and the consulting services we provide. By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

balance.ink provides advisory and consulting services related to U.S. work visas and the setup of consulting businesses. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. For matters requiring legal counsel, we will refer you to or collaborate with licensed attorneys.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase our services.

3. Payment

All fees are quoted in EUR and are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; you agree to their terms when completing checkout.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide complete and truthful information.
• Respond to information requests in a timely manner.
• Make your own legal, tax and immigration decisions.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share with us is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific government outcome, visa approval, business result or revenue. Our obligation is to deliver competent, timely consulting work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time in writing. Refunds, if any, are handled per our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
